The food at the hotel was disappointing, with unimaginative and poorly cooked meals lacking in variety and quality.

The prices in the bar/restaurant are extremely expensive and the choice of food is very limited. Service is also below level.

Chateau ducal was 1 mile away, I could even walk there. Dine at le chef et sa femme, which is located within 300 feet from the hotel. The location was perfect, about a 20-minute walk from the Caen train station: D

It was all superb.

The breakfast was decent and the room was pretty clean. The location was alright since we didn't mind walking a few blocks to get to the main attractions. It was cool that there was a mini-fridge in the room as well.

The staff at the front desk were quite rude and unhelpful. The noise level was unbearable at night with lots of street noise and loud music coming from a neighboring establishment.

Limited parking, but there are plenty of free on-street parking spaces nearby. the breakfast buffet could have had more variety, but it was still adequate.
